# Text to speech

Read text aloud using the speech voices supplied by your browser or operating system. Choose a voice and adjust speed, pitch and volume without a Nepocore account.

## How to use it

1. Type or paste the text you want to hear.
2. Choose an available voice, speed, pitch and volume.
3. Press Speak text. Use Pause, Resume or Stop to control playback.

## Example

Paste a short paragraph, choose an available English voice and press Speak. Pause, resume or stop the reading whenever you need.

## Limits and checks

Voice availability depends on your device. Some system voices use an online service. This tool plays speech; the browser API does not provide an audio-file export.

## Access and processing

Free to use without an account. Interactive processing requires JavaScript in a modern browser. Browser or operating-system voices may use an online speech provider. Optional browser storage is not a synchronized account.
