Use a template as a starting point

A useful request letter explains who is writing, what is requested and why the recipient can act on it. The generator provides original editable templates for school leave, office leave and a general request. They are not official government forms and do not guarantee acceptance by any institution.

If the recipient requires its own form or an online process, use that process. For an ordinary letter, gather the recipient’s correct title, institution, address, applicant details and relevant dates before drafting. Avoid including private medical or family details that are unnecessary for the request.

Make the date system unambiguous

The default date uses the supported BS conversion when available and identifies it as बी.सं. Review it rather than assuming the default suits every submission. Enter leave start and end dates in a consistent calendar system and label them when the recipient might otherwise be unsure.

For a two-day leave request, check whether both endpoints are included under the institution’s rules. The template does not calculate an approved leave balance or determine eligibility. Keep the request aligned with the actual dates and the receiving organization’s policy.

Edit the generated text before exporting

School and office templates assemble a respectful request around the reason and leave dates. General request mode lets you write the subject and requested action directly. After generation, the full letter remains editable so you can correct wording, grammar, tone and line breaks.

Read the letter from the recipient’s perspective. Is the requested action specific? Is the applicant identifiable? Is a contact route needed? Remove demonstration details such as नमुना विद्यालय and replace them with the real institution. A short clear letter is often easier to act on than a long generic paragraph.

  1. Choose the letter type.
  2. Replace the sample recipient and applicant details.
  3. Enter the request, dates and any necessary explanation.
  4. Generate the draft and proofread the editable final text.
  5. Download TXT for future editing or prepare printable pages.

Review the printed appearance and submission route

The printable export embeds a bundled Nepali font into the page design so Nepali-script shaping can be rendered consistently. The resulting PDF is image-based for that appearance; keep the TXT file when editable or selectable text is required. Inspect names, joined letters, dates and page breaks in the actual output.

Add a signature only when the recipient accepts that workflow, and follow any attachment requirements. Downloading the letter does not submit it or send an email. Keep a copy of the final version and use the institution’s stated submission channel. If the wording has legal, employment or other significant consequences, obtain appropriate help rather than assuming a generic template addresses those circumstances.
